Jeramiah Bustin is an accomplished, proactive and seasoned broker associate with 16 years of continued real estate sales experience. This designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that he has the knowledge, experience, competence and confidence they require. In furtherance, Jeramiah has acquired the Million Dollar Guild designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. This designation illustrates the proficiencies needed to assist affluent customers and properties in the million-dollar and above market. Jeramiah has had the privilege of working with business owners, sports figures and many other types of property owners.
As a graduate of Florida State University with a focus in information studies and business, Jeramiah is actively involved in the Florida State University Varsity Club. He is also a member of the Hillsborough Masonic Lodge #25 F&AM, the Egypt Temple Shrine of Tampa, and Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla.

In his spare time, Jeramiah enjoys spending time with his family, flats fishing and scuba diving.

Shane is an accomplished broker associate. Originally from Dublin, Ohio, Shane achieved a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and management from private, liberal arts-based Baldwin Wallace University.
Prior to his career in real estate, Shane was an accomplished world-class athlete. Due to his reputation, leadership and educational background, he had the opportunity to sit on multiple board of director positions and be involved with representation roles with the USOC. This international, competitive experience enabled him the opportunity to immerse himself in different cultures, viewpoints and has allowed him the capability to think globally while recognizing the significance of being a local expert.
